Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
During periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly delayed. If there is a significant delay in shipping your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times:

- Expedited Shipping: 1–3 business days (when available)

Lost or Delayed Packages

Incorrect Shipping Information

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us, additional shipping charges may apply to reship the order.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the damaged product and packaging. We will review the claim and work toward a satisfactory resolution.
